Constanza Mora Sanchez is the Project Coordinator for Learning Collective Worldmaking: Youth Activism for Climate Futures, based at Cape Breton University. She is an environmental educator with experience in conservation, education, and sustainability initiatives. Her work has spanned international organizations and focused on conservation, education, and biodiversity initiatives.
She has collaborated with EcoSchools Canada on environmental education programs and contributed to mainstreaming biodiversity with the Convention on Biological Diversity. In Latin America, she worked with Ecology Project International, engaging youth in conservation efforts. In the United States, she gained hands-on experience with EarthCorps and the Audubon Center of the North Woods, earning a certification in outdoor education from Hamline University.
Constanza holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Economics and a Master of Environment and Sustainability from the University of Saskatchewan. Her passion lies in fostering environmental awareness and empowering communities to adopt sustainable practices. She strives to contribute to meaningful projects that bridge education, sustainability, and conservation.
